Keyona Williams is an educator, youth advocate, and community leader dedicated to empowering students, families, and communities through education, mentorship, and opportunity.
As a first-generation college graduate and education professional with more than a decade of experience serving youth and families, Keyona understands the transformative power of access, support, and meaningful connections.
Through The T3 Consulting Co, she is committed to connecting first-generation students, student-athletes, parents, and aspiring professionals to the resources, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive.

First-Generation College Graduate
As a first-generation college graduate, Keyona has dedicated her career to helping students build successful futures. She earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), experiences that continue to shape her commitment to educational access and opportunity.
A Decade in Education & Youth Development
With more than a decade of experience serving youth and families through schools, nonprofit organizations, and community partnerships, Keyona is committed to expanding educational opportunities and strengthening communities. Her six years as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) educator, combined with her perspective as a first-generation college graduate, fuel her passion for helping students navigate college, careers, and life with confidence while connecting families to the resources and support they need to thrive.
National Advocacy
From local classrooms to the National Press Club, Keyona has championed the needs of underserved students and communities on a broader stage.

Driven by a vision to create lasting change, Keyona launched The T3 Consulting Co to connect students, families, and aspiring professionals to the resources and guidance they need to thrive.
