About T3

Built From Lived Experience. Designed for Real Results.

The T3 Foundation was created to close opportunity gaps for students and families who don't always have consistent guidance, mentorship, or access to resources.

Our Mission

Empowering People to Navigate What Comes Next

The T3 Foundation empowers first-generation students, student-athletes, parents, and individuals pursuing workforce and trade opportunities through education, career readiness, family support, mentorship, and meaningful connections to community resources and opportunities.

Our Vision

To build communities where students, families, and individuals have the knowledge, relationships, resources, and opportunities needed to successfully navigate education, careers, workforce pathways, and life beyond the classroom.

Meet the Founder

Keyona Williams

Educational Consultant · Program Developer · Community Connector · Youth Advocate

As a first-generation college graduate and former educator with over a decade of experience, Keyona understands firsthand the challenges students and families face when navigating educational and workforce systems without a roadmap.

She left the classroom to build something bigger — an ecosystem that connects students and families to the knowledge, relationships, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed. Her work spans education, youth development, community engagement, program leadership, and partnership development.

T3 isn't theory — it's practical, community-rooted support built from real experience and a deep commitment to helping people navigate what comes next.
